For many years the Victorian State Committee of Highland Dancing has held a ‘Deb’ Ball, this year is no exception with the VSCHDI Debutante Ball to be held on Friday 8th July 2016 at the Vogue Ballroom, 399 Blackburn Road Burwood East Vic 3151.
The VSCHDI invites all young ladies, Highland Dancers & Friends aged 15 years & over to participate in the 2016 Debutante Ball.
